This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the collection, use, disclosure, storage and retention of information by the GSSDay mobile applications and any associated services (collectively, the "App", "we", or "our"). By installing, accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the practices described herein.
2.1 Except as expressly provided in Section 4, information that a user knowingly and intentionally enters into the App is stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
2.2 The App may generate or obtain a unique push notification identifier for the purpose of enabling delivery of push notifications. Such identifiers shall be collected, stored and transmitted to the applicable push notification service provider only if the user has enabled push notifications. If push notifications are not enabled at setup, no push identifier will be collected or transmitted for that user.
We do not collect, store, transmit or process any personally identifiable information that can be reasonably associated with an identified or identifiable individual.
To the extent the App processes any information as described in this Policy, such processing is limited to delivering and routing push notifications for users who have enabled that service.
The App may use third-party service providers to enable push notification delivery. To the extent information is disclosed to such providers, disclosure shall be limited to the minimum information necessary to provide the requested service.
6.1 User-entered data stored locally on a user's device shall remain on that device until deleted by the user or removed through normal device management processes. We do not maintain remote copies of user-entered local data except as expressly stated in this Policy.
6.2 Non-identifying information stored on our servers may be retained indefinitely.
Additional data may be collected from users using unreleased or beta versions of the App. This Policy does not apply to such versions.
